We offer a fully-managed service to design and host your site for you and can provide your own domain name (at an additional cost, please see the domain name section for more information) and email addresses if required.

Once we have created your website we can look after it for you and provide ongoing support. We will keep a regular maintenance check on your site and make sure that your site is always running as it should. We will carry out any updates or alterations that you may require so that your site is always up to date. (Please note that major revisions and updates will carry an extra charge.)

Your website will be submitted to the major search engines with appropriate titles and keywords to make your site easy to find and search engine friendly. Please see the search engine optmisation section for more information on how this can help your business.

What to expect

Following the initial discussion, clients are asked to send the material for inclusion on their site by email if possible, along with any instructions or requests regarding layout, colour schemes etc. We will then put together a draft page for the client's approval, uploaded to our test space. Once we have received feedback on the draft design we complete the site making any alterations requested by the client as the work progresses.

We keep in constant touch with our clients during the design process and take on board any comments that we receive. We do not upload the final version to the client's domain until the client has given approval. Depending on the size and complexity of a site the design and build time will usually be between two and eight weeks, provided that all material is submitted promptly and in digital form.

Content

Your content is the most important facet of your website and needs to be given a great deal of consideration. We request that you provide the majority of your content prior to commencement of design as this helps enormously to provide us with an understanding of your business. We also advise that your website be content rich, as this helps in ensuring your website is well ranked in the search engines. An existing company website or brochure is a great place to start.

Images

We will need a copy of any images that you wish to be included on your website. These are best provided in digital format. This may be your products, your company logo or general photographs. We can also provide images from an online stock if required. Alternatively we can provide a photographer if you need your products or premises professionally photographed at an extra cost.
